These are great crowd pleasers since they can be enjoyed by all ages and best of all they are great for pool parties and  when the weather is hot because they are waterproof and sweat resistant.
Tattoos are either airbrushed on or they can be hand painted. Glitter can be applied to the temporary ink tattoos to make them sparkle.
